•Exchange / Refund of diamond jewellery will be done only for products purchased from Gold Plus with original invoice. Jewellery should be in original condition with original packing and should have no evidence of usage. Certificate or free gifts (if any) or contents of the box given along with the purchase should be returned at the time of exchange or refund.
The process of exchange/refund/resizing/repairing will happen after thorough verification at head office/workshop which may take up to 7 working days.
Customers will be advised of relevant charges before proceeding with the job work.
Exchange/Refund of diamond jewellery can only happen within the same country of purchase.
