Exchange

• Diamond Jewellery can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase at full invoice value. After 7 days from the date of purchase, diamond jewellery can be exchanged with a deduction of 30% on invoice value.Diamond Jewellery can be exchanged only for diamond jewellery.Diamond Jewellery can be exchanged only once within the 7-days’ time frame from the original date of purchase.

Exchange of gold jewellery allowed within 3 days provided tag is intact and jewellery is not damaged. 

Deduction of making charges will be applied on gold jewellery exchange. 

Exchange of 24k gold articles is allowed provided they are in their original packaging, with original invoice. Such exchange is subject to deduction of making charges and certificate charges.

Present day gold rate shall apply.

Refund

• Refund will be issued on Diamond jewellery within 7 days from the date of purchase only if a manufacturing defect is evident and can’t be repaired or replaced. If a credit card is used for original purchase, refund amount will be credited to the same account within 7 working days.

There is no refund for Gold jewellery.

• Credit card refunds are done by credit card only and may take between 7 to 10 working days for the amount to be credited in customer’s account.

No return on 24k gold articles.
