Resize & Repair Policy

• We offer free resizing only for diamond finger rings at the time of purchase resizing can be done to a bigger size by a maximum of 2 units Indian size i.e. Indian 13 size can be done up to Indian 15 size.

Any additional Gold used will be charged to the customer. Any leftover gold will be returned to the customer.

• Diamond Jewellery repair (if any) will be done for free within 7 days from the date of purchase, after that, charges will be applied as per actual repair job. The repair charges are not final and subject to change.

We do not accept any responsibility for any wear and tear or accidental damage and such repairs will be chargeable. If any diamond falls out of setting, then repair will happen after verification process. Cost of diamond replacement will be charged to the customer.

For online purchases customers can visit any of our kiosk locations (City Centre Mirdif, Al Ghurair Centre & City Centre Deira), with the invoice copy, within 7 days of purchase; resizing /repairing can be done free of cost subject to above mentioned terms & conditions. Any resizing or repariring post the 7 days period will be chargeable.
